I love gingerbread. The smell of them cooking is divine. I haven’t used many recipes but these ones I really like, I found it full of flavor. I got this recipe from Taste.com.au . Instead of using icing I just used melted white chocolate. The easy way to use white chocolate as icing is put it in a zip lock bag, open, put it in the microwave and in 20 sec lots melt the chocolate but mush it about before putting back in microwave so you can determine how much longer you should heat it. Once melted cut a small hole in the corner of the bag and start decorating. I love white chocolate and gingerbread together I think its a match made in heaven.
